New Day Portal
Last updated 29 August 2026
The New Day Portal (“the Portal”) is an internal business tool operated by New Day Consulting Group, LLC (“New Day”, “we”) at portal.newdaycrew.com. It is used by New Day staff and contractors to record the hours they work and to prepare that work for invoicing.
The Portal is not offered to the public, and there is no way to create an account in it. Accounts are created by a New Day administrator. If you are reading this without an account, nothing described here applies to you.
One session cookie, set when you sign in. It is signed, marked
HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, marked
Secure over HTTPS, and lasts fourteen days. It carries only
what is needed to recognise your account on the next request.
The Portal sets no advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. There is no third-party analytics, no advertising network, and no tracking pixel anywhere in it.
To run our business: to know what work was done, to bill clients accurately for it, to pay the people who did it, and to keep the records a consulting business is required to keep. We do not profile you, and we make no automated decisions about you.
Portal data is held in a single file on an encrypted, persistent disk provided by Render, Inc., in a data centre in Ohio, United States. Traffic to and from the Portal is served over HTTPS. Access to the Portal itself requires an account and password; access to the underlying disk is limited to New Day’s own administrators.
We do not sell your information, and we share it only as follows:
The Portal’s connection to QuickBooks Online is authorised by a New Day administrator and can be revoked by them at any time from within the Portal, or by New Day from within QuickBooks.
Time records are business and accounting records, and are kept for as long as they are needed for billing, tax, and audit purposes. When someone leaves, their account is deactivated so they can no longer sign in, but the record of work they did and was billed for remains, because removing it would falsify an invoice already issued to a client.
You may ask us what the Portal holds about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep. You may change your own password at any time from within the Portal. Write to the address below and we will respond.
Some requests we cannot grant. We cannot delete a time entry that has already been billed to a client, because the invoice recording it has been issued and must remain accurate.
The Portal is a workplace tool for adults. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be told to Portal users directly.
